Raising The Bar

Punturieri v. Marciano, is being included in the NY Law Journal’s annual list of the top 100 verdicts.  I contributed a chapter in 2009 to a publication of the NYS Bar Association entitled “Medical Malpractice In New York” 3d Edition, Robert Devine, Ed.  The Chapter was entitled “War Stories: The Oral Tradition of the Trial Bar”.
