Mr. Banys has been featured for the last 3 years 2011, 2012 & 2013 as a Rising Star by SuperLawyers.

Mr. Banys is the founder, and co-chair, of the Intellectual Property Litigation Group of the of American Association of Justice.

In February, Mr. Banys presented Surviving Patent Reform: How to Succeed in the New Patent Litigation Environment at the AAJ 2013 Winter Convention.

Mr. Banys is an invited member of the highly selective Sedona Conference including participation on the Patent Litigation Best Practices Working Group.
