A Florida jury awarded Alaqua Lakes neighborhood $3.8 million. Residents filed a lawsuit in 2008 against the developer Taylor Morrison of Florida. They said that the roads were badly designed, full of potholes and started crumbling. Residents said they will use the award money to rebuild the roads in Alaqua Lakes. A Seminole County jury awarded Alaqua Lakes neighborhood $3.8 million.
