A $95,477,464 jury award for a truck driver who lost both of his legs in a tragic accident was just included in The National Law Journal's list of the 50 Largest Verdicts in 2017

Attorneys Joseph A. Power, Jr. and James I. Power represented the driver who was hauling bundles of carbon steel tubing on his trailer bed. The crane operator dropped a bundle on Montagano, crushing his legs.

Doctors initially amputated his right leg above the knee due to the crush injuries and blood loss, and later had to amputate his left leg above the knee after he developed a fungal infection.
